COMMUNICATION TO PARENTS

We welcome our parents and carers to communicate in a reasonable and respectful way with queries or questions. We would recommend that parents and carers contact the school by email in the first instance; for pastoral or curriculum queries contact is via the Tutor.

Staff have full timetables, including teaching commitments, meetings and enrichment activities, which means that it is unlikely that they will be immediately available.  We will do our best to respond to you within two full working school days.

  • Emails and texts are sent to parents/carers using the contact information held on our system.
  • Letters are usually sent by email, if you require a printed copy please let us know and we will be happy to provide this.
  • Parents evening bookings: SchoolCloud - All Saints Church of England Academy
  • Tel: 01752 705131
  • Email: [email protected]

Meetings

We always want to help get the best outcome for our students, however its important that we use the best methods to do this. Please do not come to the school reception without a previously arranged appointment as the staff member who is best to help you is unlikely to be available as they will be teaching or with our students. Please book ahead.
